Hi, i sculpted a miniature of a X'lanthos.
I sculpted something like the body of the last video, i hope that's good.
For the head i used the last one that i did the last year (sorry for the bad english .-.)
The miniature is not finished yet, i will add some extra detail, a best pose and a weapon.

I also have uploaded a very short video in youtube... you can see here a turntable
of the miniature.

Thank you, but probably i will change his head to the one seen in the official concept :)

If i had to work for a real miniature of Dark potential, i would sculpt it better (not in 2 hours like this )
I really did this sketch fast because i see that he time is short

It doesn't matter to me if it doesn't match the official concept 100%

Gotta give props where due, this is a very high fidelity reproduction of one of the concepts that was on the forums a few months back, and one of the better unofficial X'lanthos concepts if I recall.

Thank you!
Probably you are talking about my old concept :)
i drawed it with various armour, and i did his head in 3d.
This time i adapted that one to the new concept...
I hope that i could culpt the official miniatures, i love this work

I hope that you like it!
This is the video of the turntable, it's a bit dark, but you will see the miniature better in the images below.

Well done this model looks amazing!!!

I really like the body decals and the posing and the heads are pretty impressive as well. But I was just wondering out of pure curiosity how big are the miniatures and has Matt seen these they are really good. :D

great stuff! the only thing i dont really like is the rifle, if you look at this concept art (wich you obviously have done already) http://d2oadd98wnjs7n.cloudfront.net/me ... 1334342894
i imagine the rifle looking like the 2nd one starting from the top left (a bit like these wepons from halo: http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Type-31_Rifle and http://halo.wikia.com/wiki/Type-51_Carbine )
