Okay, I've finally gotten the motivation up to actually exercise the weight off!
Start of Program: 220 lbs
Current Weight: 210 lbs
Weight Lost: 10 lbs!
Goal: The weight I have on my drivers license—170 lbs!
So I'm doing the Zumba thing with my siblings, got the dvds and it's working out nicely. I can't make a definate weight-loss ratio since I've had breakfast, but it looks like I've already lost 10 pounds over the week. Again, it could just be off because of food
From May 24th to August 24th, Matthew, Dave, and Mike are going to lose 30 pounds each. Join in on the "fun" here and get healthy!
