Will Carter's challenge

Post by WillCarter » Sun Jun 05, 2011 12:38 pm

I have accepted the weight loss challenge.

My goal is to trim down my waist to fit comfortably into size 34 jeans with a little room to spare.

I am going to be using kettlebell exercises for fat burning and bodyweight exercises for muscle growth and definition.

I will eat around 2000 calories of healthy food a day giving me a deficiency of around 1200

Good luck Will, the push-up thing seems like a pretty good one. I'm following the Evil Russian Push-Up Regime that A Luna posted on here, and it's working pretty well... yesterday and today have been the hardest, simply because it's doing push-ups every 15-20 minutes :) My own improvement from last week is to blame for that though! :P And once I'm able to do at least 100 in one go, I'll level it off a little and kick in the Evil Russian Sit-Up version! :D

Kettlebells are SO hard good luck with that! I used to work at a sports store and we had them. I could barely hold up the smallest weight straight out from my body. It was ridiculous. The other thing that was relatively impossible was the as seen on tv push up things. I forget the name of them, but wow is it hard to do. I had someone who could easily do 100 push ups try them and he could barely do 10. Love the vids, keep it up!
