Ninja Warrior

Im not trying to lose weight but i am actually training for Ninja Warrior. My goal is 75 push ups/sit ups/squats in 1 min, 50 pull ups 20 Hand stand push ups and run 1 mile in less than 9min to start.

Ill be making a video for ninja warrior, (not for another 3-4weeks tho) so ill post that when i get it done.

My work out


Run up and down my stairs (12 steps) 20 times.

8 sets of push ups 10 each:
Diamonds, elbows in (biceps), military (arms wide) one hand above and one below shoulders, then the opposite side. Finger tips, wrists, Wall hand stand.

Sit ups 3 sets 40 each of 2 and 10 of 1:
40 bike rider sit ups, 40 sit ups, and 10 (5 each way) circle sit ups (5 full circles 360 degrees).

80 squat thrusts.

i will be doing this work out for another 2 months before i change routines.

Change your workout sooner than that. Go for a couple weeks, or until that exercise gets comfortable or easy enough for you, then come up with something else.

I do understand that you need to change it every4-6 weeks, from past trials i found that my body likes it better if i dont change it so much, iv seen better results. Tho i am looking at weight training bc. I dont think i'll have it in time.
