Yup, I'm on it as well. A good excuse to get motivated, and maybe the fact that I'm not doing it alone will help and inspire.
For me, I'm a type I diabetic, so my diet is actually well rounded, I do have a wonky thyroid though from radiation treatment (yes, cancer and diabetes!) So, it will be a little tough getting weight to stay off.
Things I do right:
--Keep my blood sugar under control
--Eat well. **Note: Most of the time, there is still room for improvement
Things I do wrong:
--Not enough exercise! This needs to change, I do have a gym membership, but I use working as an excuse to not go. Not anymore, I'll be making time for this.
--I drink a ton of diet soda. Aside from the aspartame, the sodium isn't great either. I have to either switch over to water, or fruit juice/gatorade, and just watch my levels when I do.
I'm at 218lbs right now, I should be in the 180 range. Lets get this thing trucking, and good luck to everyone out there! =D
