Hey guys, im 20 years old, currently 6' tall, 220 pounds and am starting to get flabby around my mid section and sides, i can tell im not in shape anymore since i get tired really quick from doing any sorts of activity. i was sidelined for a couple years with a knee injury so was unable to play the Football, Soccer, and Hockey i normally play. does anyone have a good workout and meal plan that they could let me in on so i can lose the 20 pounds or more that i am aiming for so i can be in physical shape for september, so i can try out for the Mohawk College Soccer team and atleast be fit for when i finally go back to school.

well, over the last 3-4 weeks I lost 10 pounds and the ONLY things I did was walk 4-6 blocks everyday and eat more salad (vs no salad or walking lol)

then again, I am quite chubby and and 10 pounds isnt too much in the big picture lol!

A good way to lose weight is doing cardio which includes walking and eating healthier. A amazing way to lose weight is to do lap swimming for about an hour to an hour and a half. Good luck and keep up the good work :D

my advice is : try to avoid sugar.. drink green tea without sugar. stop fast and fried food, and do sport like swimming or Joging at least 30 min. per day. and you will notice the different. I lost 12 Kg in 6 months.
