So, I recently built a Librarian with a jump pack out of some grey knights bits, death company bits, space wolf bits, and a sanguinary guard jump pack/wings. I built him originally to be a Mephiston conversion (pre-jump pack), but I've changed my mind and want to use him as a regular librarian. For him to count as a librarian, do I need to repaint him blue? Cause he looks really awesome right now and I really don't want to have to repaint him :/.

just because the fluff says librarians have blue armour, doesnt mean they have to be painted blue. The important thing is that the people you play know what the model is

i wouldn't say you have to, as always it's your model. you could give him a blue shoulder pad, or just say your company/army don't follow that practice.
