I recently posted the conversion I did putting a Valkyrie nose on a 1/48 scale Hind Helicopter fuselage. You can see the photos here:

Well I just finished its evil negative twin a Hind nose on a Valkyrie body. This one is not as impressive. The Valk nose on a Hind is more attack helicoptery while the Hind nose on a Valk is more transporty. What do you think?

they are pretty sweet conversions man

the hind nose one looks like it will just hover there for a few moments strafing the enemy and then zooming off again..
the chopper one looks like it would speed in hover whilst the guys jump out

yeah, I think the round nose one would be great for vendetta's

Thanks for the input guys. If I can find another Hind kit for cheap, I may be tempted to do another of these conversions but I might have a hard time convincing my beautiful wife that I truly do need 7 Valks/dettas.

I gotta say, the paint helps pull the models together. The color choice and the round cockpit remind me of the Terran republic's mosquito in planetside 2.

what model of hind did you use, which company?

Granted, I don't play Astra Militarum, but if you hadn't told me this was a swap, I would've thought both models came like that. Awesome work, really great blending them into the model
