Worgen Help

Just a plea to anyone considering creating a worgen to just experience the starter zone...

I'm currently stuck on the quest "Two By Sea" where you use a catapult to board two forsaken vessels and kill the captains, the ONLY way onto these boats is by catapult, but, when I use it the catapult will not work. I jump in the catapult, aim my orb on the boat, and hit the launch button and my guy will jump into the throwing arm, but, then he just falls out of the catapult and it disappears. I have tried everything within my power to amend this, I've even tried recreating my character AND ticketing blizzard, blizzard has done nothing since december and redoing my character just wasted my time so I've come to you all to plea.

If someone were to roll a worgen on Stormscale and group up with me for killing these two mobs so I can recieve credit, I would be indebted to you.
