Not yet, but it is 6 months before the event, so not everybody has really heard about this yet.
I'm working on a few different layouts to see if we can fit more people. The most I think we'll be able to do is 26 people and about 180,000 points, but I have a funny feeling that some people will back out, so we'll see.
In all cases, I don't think we'll have any problems breaking 100,000 points this year.
Are we allowed to be bring some spearhead stuff into this game? If so, that is kind of cool.

The Strongpoint spearhead. I did not think it would be allowed, given the no stratagems allowed rule. It is 100 points, and gives the owner two bastions, five defence guns and defence lines. Basically, it gives you a fort for its cost, set up before deployment by owner.

I was about to make a joke about as long as there are no girls, 'cause they are not allowed. Then I remembered the army I will be bringing.
I would imagine, since any building can be occupied by any player. It would simply be a matter of being near an unoccupied one. As far as the defence line goes, That simply provides a 4+ cover save, and +2 additionally if going to ground (for a 2+ cover save behind the line!). The guns are cool, too. They have a BS2, and either fire an Interceptor Autocannon, or Lascannon, but if an unengaged model is within 2", they may fire the gun instead at their ballistic skill.
I am glad to hear it is allowable. Looks like I am bringing my strong point.
