I have a somewhat brilliant idea on the whole thing, how about we let Mod's call people out for thread necromancy.

Not to mention in the description you gave him for thread necromancy there is no timeline given for a re-post except after a long time, then it goes on to say that for WIP and army list posts its perfectly normal to post a couple months after the fact. So please tell me necro police how 12 or 8 days would fit into a category of a long time? or close to a couple months?

If he did it before that should be irrelevant to you the mod's deal with warnings and ban's last time I checked. Also the Mod's as stretched thin as they are with the content they have to cover seem to do a great job clearing these things up. You can keep posting your 1 word comments like "Obviously" derailing a thread and he can continue enjoying his time on these forums as well.
