Ripperdactyles are they worth it?

Postby SpartanMyth » Thu Oct 03, 2013 5:30 am

I was thinking once I have painted up my core troops what to get next. Obviously more temple guard and a slann are priority but I was looking at ripperdactyles ad wonderin how well they actually do?

I'm generally of the opinion that any unit of flying cavalry is worth it, as they are some of the best chaff in the game.

Hi Spartan,

I've had nothing but disappointment from them so far... but I'm a sucker for trying things over and over again so they may change my mind yet!

Im not a big fan truth be told. Their damage output isn't that great. Sure they are ok when they attack a,unit that they marked, but ld5 and frenzy means they probably wont get there regardless of cold blooded.

Did Corum kill the gods
Or where's the wonderland
Which young Alice had seen
Or was it just a dream
I knew the answers
Now they're lost for me
