lizardmen army-what do I need

I picked up a bunch of lizardmen right before the big change...

anyway, pulled them out this morning to try and decide what to keep and what to trade off, as a couple of the boxes are unopened.

I guess the real question is how many skinks and how many saurus warriors do i need. I have 19 regular skinks, 10 skirmishers and 3 priests. I also have a unopened box.

For saurus I have 39 but another unopened box as well.

otherwise i have 18 temple guard, 4 salamanders, razordon, basillidon, stegadon, 8 cold one riders, chakax and an unidentified metal model I think is an old saurus leader.

any thoughts helpful.

You want Saurus in blocks of 25-30 skink skirmishers you want in units of 10 with blowpipes and usually 2-4 of those units.

Temple guard would be 20-25 minimum.

It also looks like you need a Slann Mage-Priest, never leave home without one.

All that should give you a good core of an army and just tack on whatever you feel like, you may want to consider finding some more Saurus cavalry as well or just run them in units of 5.

I have 22 cold one bodies, but no riders for them....found them in a big bits bag.

so with 39 saurus warriors, I can either trade off the unopened box or open it to make two blocks of 25-27...hmm what to do.

Guess I should keep my box of skinks and make for skirmishers with blowpipes.
