Looking for Video: Genestealer Cult on Zone Mortalis

Hey guys, I was searching through the Miniwargaming video collection and couldn't find a Genestealer Cult video in Zone Mortalis? Anyone know if there is one out? In particular I'm looking for Genestealer Cult vs Deathwatch, but I'm fine with any Genestealer Cult on Zone Mortalis video. Just want to...

(Kickstarter) The Other Side, project already hit goal

Wyrd games is making an army scale game. They are doing preassembled models initially. Sounds like a painter's dream. The game uses a deck of cards instead of dice.

They hit the initial 75k goal to make the project a reality.

Re: Starting a campaign

I wanted to propose a campaign to drum up interest. I was thinking start at 500 points and have some narrative? I would think no super heavies, flyers, or gargantuan creatures. The start collecting boxes are great I think and was thinking about seeing if some of the guys would borrow some armies/li...

Re: Curious about Admech

Okay, I'll check out their formations and see what I can combine (i'm hoping to find one that I can bring in those large robots.).. I think I'll just get enough for a 500pt army at first. Maybe a starter collection? Start collecting box will get you to the 260 to 350pt Mark. Holy Requisitor - Tech ...

Re: Curious about Admech

They sound really interesting! Not to mention both of the infantry types look cool too. Just to clear something, I can have both the skitarii and the cult mechanicus units without having to have them be considered "allied" right? They are both the same faction? Also, why is their heavy support only...

Ad Mech: need inspiration for army Fluff

So when Skitarii first dropped I built what I thought was a pretty good narrative/background for my army. ForgeWorld Matrix: The exploratory fleet is lead by Magos Enzo who was removed from power due to his belief in allowing his forces to have more autonomy than usual. Skitarii army : Vanguard - Le...

Re: 1850 point Ork list optimisation

Hi Ok - now my problems 1 - This list has 3 HQ's so is currently only battleforged if I field it as the Ork Horde detachment, therefore losing objective secured. I could run it as 2 CADs if I can squeeze in another troops choice (probably gretchin, which I would have to buy and paint before Monday)...

Re: Narrative/Fluff rules and detachments!

I don't typically create fluff rules for my army, but I have gotten approval to run a Warpboss which would be a level 2 Payker using the Warboss's Stat line as my warlord if we ever run apocalypse.

I found this at the wrong time. I'm currently in a bathroom stall with nothing but walls on either side.

Against a wraith knight. :(

Re: Battle for Vedros... WHERE?????

Go to GW page, search for Battle for Vedros. Scroll to the bottom of the page, Find Independent Retailer button :) https://www.games-workshop.com/en-US/Vedros I was disappointed. The Facebook page made it sound like this was getting sold at actual toy stores as opposed to hobby stores, i.e. Toys R ...

1500 Ad Mech vs Ad Mech

My opponent used the Kastelan w/ Dominus formation.

I did not and he killed both my Servitors turn 1. Aside from one Datasmith with a death wish my entire army was tabled.

Harlow Davros

Bastardized version of Harley Davidson, but enough that no one will notice unless they give it a hard look.

Re: Successor Chapter Fluff and Input.

I like the idea of them using the best tech available. Great for the use of Vehicle heavy lists. Also you can sprinkle in some Techmarines. And Ravenwing would be cool. The best part of making fluff is giving squads individual backstories. My blue and red squads for Orks have an ever growing rivalry...
