So facing doesn't affect anything about charging directions, running etc? You can face you're model before charging and so on? just wondering because I have a feeling I have watched a batrep where matt says that he doesn't need to worry charge because they are facing other way, but that could be me ...

Hi there!

Just got in the Warmachine with Menoth army and really liking the game.

But anyways, I don't quite get my head around models facing?
Does it effect game any other ways than showing front/back arc of the model
and models can hit only to their front arc?

I would love to hear Matt's thoughts about this thread where it have gone etc. :)

But anyways, the "Full Potential" thing isn't needed in DP, but for me, it really is something cool I would personally love to see. Either way, just getting the DM usage working and running is good enough.

I would say it should count as 1. Since most of reason and mechanics would work much better that way, but for realism it should be 4, but then again mechanics > realism :D For one, I´m not sure if you are thinking it like me that you would track the DM usage through the whole game and not as separat...

That is why I think rolling low for bad results is okay. The players don't want the "game" to roll good. So one use should be rolling 1 or less (negligible of course) then 2 total DM uses would be 2 or less etc. Do I understand right that you want bad things happen when you roll lower than the tota...
