The best way to escape a bullet from a commisar is to give him one of your buddies to shoot at to run safely haha. Totaly legit the D6 and not just 1.

I don't know why but i did a mistake about Bjorn strenght. 7 base +5 with the weapon . He should have done it with his conscript. Right in the middle of them, forcing anyone to take them all out before even thinking of him ( so having full benefit of his ability )

You're wrong about Lukas. Units already having a 2+ for shooting can't benefit from Lukas aura, they need "blood claws" key word. You can't add the cover power and a real cover. The power sais that you coun't as being in cover, so your just in cover nothing more than a +1. Also 40points isn't enough to have a wulfen equiped, and they are way to expenssive without weapons . You can try something like a rune priest with jump pac...

My Heroic version is just dreadnought. They stand out already realy nicely in the middle of infantry or tanks. No need for biger things. In the futur if they continue the scale will be totaly off. Can be interesting. But i don't like using character just for their aura, i want them to act, to charge to crush some skulls haha, that's a personal taste . I mean if i have one i'll try to place him to give that aura to the maximum things i can, but at the end the character will be with a pack smas...

Interesting enough, a emperor children player or multiple banshee units locked as you said don't count as having charged but still fight first thanks to their rules, and that stratagem can't help us ( or can't bother you if you're that player ).

Cover and line of sight blocking are totaly different. Cover is not realy good this edition, terrain rules are not good enough, and your guys just have a 4+ base so nothing too fancy. You have to have terrain where you just can't see through. Without it and with a shooty list, a 3+ save won't save t...
