Hey Wargamers, MK1 here again with the latest wargaming news.
A month after Bioware's purchase of Mythic Entertainment (now called Bioware Mythic) they have released details on their newest game; Warhammer Online: Wrath of Heroes. WO:WoF is a F2P (Free to play) game currently in beta. It is based off the Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning engine.
It is mostly a PvP (player vs. player) based game which lets you choose a "hero" and battle for dominance over a battlefield with your fellow teammates. Some interesting concepts of this game are the 6v6v6 game play and how you can switch between heroes mid game to counter your opponents and vice versa. This will be stationed on the Free4Play network alongside other games such as Battlefield: Free2Play.
You can sign up for beta access from this site;

NOTE: you need to have an active EA account to be able to sign up for beta access.
From the looks of it, I'm not convinced this will really be the next best thing but it is still in beta so details like graphics can be altered slightly. Also the “free” aspect of it will most likely be the basics, while player who pay get buffs, special equipment and other such nonsense.
