It can be that the Rippers would die from templates, but i normally choose about 5-9 rippers with Tunnel swarm and spine fist, they can easily take down marine and then my opponent would think: ok, he kills my troops, i have to kill them first. And then they concentrate on the rippers, easy enough they are dangerous for marines. and toxin for fun so they could take down something big

have you ever tried tunneling Ripper Swarms w. spine fists ? Not too shabby against enemy support troops. 5 bases make for 20 shots - very nasty against IG Hvy Wpns or Ork Lootas. Always an annoying thing for your opponent to have in their back field.

i find it ironic that hormogoants are effective for killing monstruss creatures and belong to (one of the only)
army that has monstruss creature. i know wriathlords and shit. but tyranids have like 20 different mc`s.

personally i like to give my hourmagaunts toxins sacs as well as adrenals glands. Sure it makes them 10 points each but on the charge anything toughness 4 and below is just devastated.

So someone shoots a bunch of missiles at your warriors, who probably have cover, instead of your Monstrous Creatures, and you're upset? Every S8 shot that goes towards a warrior squad is not going into your tervigons or tyrants.

im going to throw you a request mat, do other races tacticas like you do tyranids now, but with others ofc who play other races

as they go on about units their goods and bads you could ask questions about them or how to use the in regular games, best upgrades for the ect ect...

i would personally like to see ork, mayby eldar, chaos and imperial guard, ofc depends how plays what races on your club
