Good start, but I've got to say this is just a bunch of guys waiting to get completely slaughtered because they have no transports or special weapons. where are the dang meltas, flamers, plasma etc. That's what I would build next, buy one basic shock troop squad and kit them up with every special weapon from your command squad frames.

nice looking army, I really like the infantry heavy guard army, its how i play my IG, an addition of chimeras will really raise your punch.
