Yeah, chaos was a very shooty army when compared with the pretty much exclusive assault Blood angels therefore the terrain was in favor of Dave. On the other hand, 2 demon princes with whips...thats kinda harsh too.

You're right but you still lose FNP if the weapon that hits you is double your toughness. Battle cannon is str 8, BA toughness 4 = feeling pain.

I really dislike it when people find a battle report and pick apart every little mistake made in the game. If it is constructive, sure thats fine, but when people do it purely for hatin' purposes, that is just wrong. Good job MWG, keep doing what you are doing.You deserve a medal for what you put up with!

@Dread-Knight You're right, he would lose his armour save because of the AP 3, but Feel No Pain is only negated by AP 1+2 as well as anything that forces an Invulnerable Save (Power Weapons, Lightning Claws etc.)

Dave's assault marines did good in the last battle report but I dont know if there the best choice for this battle.

U need guns period,and against a str 8 ap 3 shot u don't get armor or feel no pain cuz its double your toughness

-priests are independent characters so they need to be in base to partake in combat

Why did the assault marines get a save against the battlecannon its str 8 ap 3 is it because it scattered or are BA assault have a 5 toughness?
