Well guys, forgive me if I won't accept the challenge, but here's a good reason: last year I lost over 80 pounds, so challenge accomplished! Here's the deal: walk. Forget jogging, just walk hard, and move your legs and arms hard while doing so, militar way. Be fast. Three miles every day should do it. Walking is so much more natural and won't destroy your knees, remember, your overweight, so the least impact, the better. While eating, forget it, eat whtever you want, but in low quantities - I mean low, around 1000/1200 calories/day of whatever suits you. That's it. I did it, and worked pretty good. Don't buy anything, don't try any fancy method, keep up with the basics. Good luck guys, and don't forget: a steel will is key here. You don't forget, you don't have second thoughs, you shut up and follow. Have fun

@Craaag: I seriously can't do black coffee. My doctor asked me to give up coffee about 3 years ago and I've never followed through with it, so I'm just trying to incorporate that change into the others I'm making. So far, it's working.
Craaag (Over a year ago): - delete
No need to quit the coffee! I don't know how I'd get by? Just X out the cream and sugar and add in some running, well maybe the bag of Doritos has to go too...

I see, I just saw you wearing shoes and thought "You're not supposed to do that."
Jka333 (Over a year ago): - delete
I wish you good luck! And just a tip in case you didn't know. You have to be exercising for at least 20 minutes at your ideal heart rate, then you start burning the fat away.

@ultramarine97: It's accurate if we wear the same shoes each time we weigh in.
stuartt039 (Over a year ago): - delete
do a push-up/sit-up per unit that u lose keep u fit and inprove ur strategy
Pa1ntball54 (Over a year ago): - delete
Yay MWG crew! Don't forget to lift some weights or do some push ups, just having muscles burns fat.
ultramarine97 (Over a year ago): - delete
You aren't supposed to wear shoes on a scale it makes you weigh more and therefore make the weight loss inaccurate.

that would only make sense to u if you remember than can terrain tutorial!
Puppettamer (Over a year ago): - delete
should be weighing in without shoes and not fully clothed if you want accurate weight. You said you weigh 215 put it said 222 and I can bet if you took off your shirt and shorts and sandals you would weigh in around 215-217
Puppettamer (Over a year ago): - delete
@IgorBishop: but that is water weight cause it goes straight back on. I cut from 152 to 130 for a fight and next day I was back at 148.
Scaler (Over a year ago): - delete
Lol, sad because im in air cadets and I got admitted to a 6 six sports camp so id suggest you to do the same but, o well. I fully support you guys and happy weightlossing!
isaacone-01 (Over a year ago): - delete
GUYS! make sure you don't start off making it so exciting and fun. start slow and build up the intensity and activity schedule. For example. Start by walking/jogging then add in weights with your jogging routine, then proceed to add in things such as combatants, sports, rock climbing, or generally high physical intense activities. And last but most importantly. Weight loss is about caloric intake, less calories than you burn = weight loss. But have a balanced diet and be safe, Good LUCK!
