This is a system of rewarding painted models with points that I believe is an excellent idea. I got the original idea from this site:

BUT the system on the sight makes it so armies with many models such as tyranids or guard get lotsa points while armies with fewer models such as necrons don't get many points. SO the new system is to count up the points of all the fully painted models, times by 0.1, and that's how many bonus points you get.

When you host a Warhammer 40k game say beforehand that you will be hosting with this system so players can make sure they plan ahead to use their paint points. USE THE SYSTEM I'm sure it will increase the amount of painted models on game tables everywhere if it is used.

Some people say you should just not allow unpainted models but that doesn't work when someone comes to play and without their unpainted models they can't play. And with no opponent you can't play either!
