Who cares what the rules say!? That game looked awesome and LOADS of fun, which surely is the main thing. Also, theres been a fair few stories/fluff over the years which have Imperials and Eldar being allies against a common foe.

nids and necrons cant ally, they are enemies it says so in the ally chart on the gw site.

Tyranids wouldnt work with necrons because Tyranids have 1 fear, and that is the necrons.The only planets they void is Necron Tomb Worlds...and its not because they are empty worlds...nids eat empty worlds (free biomass)
