Unless I'm missing something and that's entirely possible, absolutely nowhere does it state that the Skyray spends a missile to fire it and nowhere does it state that it can only fire so many per turn. It seems to me, by the rules, that a Sky Ray can fire as many missiles at as many different targets as you've laid down marker lights for it to track onto.
