@CedricO: It's tipical Warmahordes balance: Everything deals way more damage that it can take itself. E.g. the thing, Dan got there, has only armour of 19, so a usual heavy 'jack level and the damage grid is just two heavy 'jacks grids smashed together. Combine it with the visibility issues, mentioned before, and you got the balance. But let's wait for some actual BatReps with it. I guess, then it will become much more obvious, exacly how powerfull or vulnerable it is.

@CedricO: The things that really balance it out is the fact that it costs so much plus the visibility issues. Pretty much everything can see it, but the reverse is not always true. It never gets cover and is not really all that hard to kill. I saw this big guy in action and he got stomped by a single heavy warbeast that got off a series of decent hits. Really it comes down to being a counter to infantry spam with it's thresher-like attacks and large arcs. On top of all of that, it can still only take 3 focus. So unlike the Khador behemoth it can't soak up all your caster's focus and wail on everything in sight. It really is very balanced. I feel like you get the firepower and punch of about 2.5 jacks out of it, with some very significant drawbacks in focus use, mobility and cover use. I'm done rambling now.

@CedricO: They actually have pretty balance rules because they cost so much. None of their stat lines are above the top so much as to off balance the game terribly. I will probably only be fielding it in 50pt games or more.

@Randolph I just used a knife to scrape/cut all the flash off. Quite different from Forgeworld resin. More plastic feel. So... I just vaccumed after?

Dont know how i feel about the new Colossal units tbh.... I hope they make the rules so they are only usefull in big games. The jacks i always loved seemed to have lost some of their awesomeness in my eyes because of them. Do you know what the main downsides and upsides are for fielding one? Is it like almost an instant win if your opponent does not bring one? Funny how im asking for a comment in the comment section of the video im watching. Its like answering a question with a question. Looks awesome though Dan! greetz
