The cheappest army is grey knights, 1540 pt. is 2 landraiders, stormraven, 2 grey knight termantor squads 5 each, 1 Brother captain, and 5 paladents for just under 200 dallors. And how kick ass is a 1500pts list that is only 16 infantry and 3 vics.

@irendlikecrazy: I use an exato to trace letters quick and then go i=over that with a brush where I cut off all but 5 or 6 bristles

what do you mean "Penciling"?

Do you mean you used a pencil to outline the text and map it all out? I wrote an exerpt from the 40k rulebook on a standard banner recently and have plans to do more text on banners so this "penciling" technique may come in handy!
