An interesting idea just popped into my head. The rust has presumably been caused in no small part by rain, and dirt over the years... How about putting some watered down brown/black (wash) into a spray bottle and try and simulate rain effects. If used enough it may run down the grooves just as rain would, and maybe if the building is held at an angle, might drip onto the walls to create an interesting water run-off rusty look.. I will be trying this myself!

I find that painting the rust colors on the model first than going over it with the metal paint dry brushing stipling or thinning the paint down makes the rusty effect a lot nicer

I like Papa Smarf video but the camera in bad angle or zoom in too far. You can everything he do on the table. I am not sure. I am not good cameraman.

Excellent tutorial as usual PS. One thing I'd add. I actually managed to get hold of some corrugated cardstock from a store, what you would call a dollar store I guess. It comes in a pack of 5 rolls, each roll 12" by 12". I believe the entire pack cost 1.99. Perhaps this would be easier for making the corrugated iron.
