Correct me if I am wrong but I think the Dreadknight has a 5+ invulnerable, so you took off a wound with the power claw.

Vindicare forgot to use feel no pain from his suit on 6+

OK, maybe I'm missing something, but the Dreadknights looked like they were rolling too many close combat attacks.
It's an MC not a dreadnought, but using normal wargear to attack with, starts with 2 doomfists, which would give it 4 attacks, but at Str 6 because it's not a walker(FAQ) If he is re-rolling to hit and wound, he has swapped one, and only one, doomfist for a nemesis greatsword, two different special weapons do not give +1 attack, 3 attacks max.
