	xzandrate (11 months ago): - delete The random AP isn't as unique, Dark Eldar have it on their Liquifiers, as well as one or more of the Arcane wargear. Liquifiers can be all over the place, and are template weapons, variable AP flamers make marines in cover cry. +3
