@TaikDaBrain: Sadly, the Ammo Runt doesn't make your weapon Twin Linked- it only lets you reroll one missed To Hit. Since the Scorcha is a template weapon there are no missed To Hits to reroll.

But it really would be awesome if if made it Twin Linked!

The ammo runt is also very good with the scorcha since twin linked template weapons may re-roll to wound.

Hate to burst your bubble Dan but you killing two marines is perfect for the space marines because they could choose to fall back and not get charged and then your out in the open ready for my vindicator ... mwahahahahaa

@Majinx when it says no armour save it means things like power weapons or AP 1-2 not if you personally wont get a armour save due to AP 6 weapons

I didn't think you could have any other weapon with a BC as its a two handed weapon :S

How can Nobz hold a two handed weapon and a kombi scorcha ??

I'm a Tau Player looking to start a small group of Orks, but i got a question. Nobs have 6+. If they get a painboy, they get FNP. It says in the rulebook that they cannot use FNP against wounds that no armor saves can be taken. If that is so, then anything with a AP value will negate a normal 6 save of a Ork?

Nobz are awesome mainly because with their variability it is possible to easily have as many wound groups as the squad has members! They just refuse to die!

My usual 8-man-squad:
Painboy (/w orderly)
Power Klaw (PK)
PK + Boss Pole (BC)
PK Waaaghbanner
Big Choppa (BC)
BC BP (it's good to have a backup pole in case one does die)
BC Kombi-Skorcha (KS)
KS

all with cybork bodies and 'eavy armour, riding a Battlewagon with Deffrolla

They can wipe out almost ANYTHING, especially when accompanied by a Warboss (or even Ghazzy). The only thing they really should avoid in CC are PF- and TH/SS-Terminators and Purificators.
