what got me into wargaming? Lord of the Rings The vault has helped me improve my painting skills a bit, usually by adding little tricks to do specific things, but I did love your eldar vehicle tutorial Kris, and it's something I'll use for my Razorwing

Kris... We have a lot of things in common: Aliens, Warhammer 40k, Alexia Ciannor, Star Wars, painting, zombies, Space Hulk as a starting point, etc. Thankfully, we're married to different women
My point is: I believe all of us (war gamers) have the same background. Don't you think?

Hey Kris. Wanted to let you know I really enjoy your vlog series and showing people your different armies you collect I was wondering what inspire you to get into eldar and collect them. Thanks for answering my question.

I wish I could say that my painting has improved but I've honestly had no time for it over the last two years. I've got a young son (year and a half) and am struggling my way through a PhD program in Microbiology. However, I've finally (last year or so) started assembling all of the various models I've stockpiled over the years ( ~20K in Space Marines). I can honestly say that you're video's, and those of the other MWG crew, have become a great release for me at the end of a long day when the rest of the family is in bed. I get to sit back and assemble models while listening to you, Dave, Dan, and Matt talk. Once I have time to start painting again (hopefully next summer) I'll definitely be replaying all of the MWG tutorials as I work through my army Until then the videos you guys produce are a real life line in my crazy schedule. Thanks for keeping up the good work!
+1

yo Kris. Good job, I enjoy putting these vlogs on when I have the night to myself and I am doing nothing but modelling. I have learned much from you and others at miniwargaming. In fact before MWG came out I had to learn from those quick tutorials they have in the old warhammer books.

I do have one suggestion though for these long vlog videos.

I find that considering, people who watch these vlogs are people who are sitting down modeling. These people like to sit and listen and not be interrupted. I find having only 10 min before video ends is too short, because I have to click on the next vid and wait for the same commercial to go through. I have to do it 5 times for 50 min vid. Very distracting and irritating.

I understand MWG has to do it for revenue, but maybe for Vlogs they can have maybe 20min before the next vid segment.

I am a gold member and can download the vid without commercial, but I find it takes longer to download then to watch the commercial.

Do not mean to complain. Just bringing to attention, what others must be feeling too.

Can't wait to see more vids Kris.
