Is the new book a paint by numbers ie put base colour then wash then highlight etc or does it explain how paints / colours work and interact ie colour theory

I would really like a vid about the coverage of the new paints, (Reds, yellows and white mostly) as well as a in depth look at the metallics... great of you to do these vids..
