Moria goblins are one of the most cheapest units in SGB. they are only 4 points and come with armour and a hand weapon(all upgrades cost 1point). Without upgrades they are pretty useless so always give them a bow,spear or shield. With a shield their defense is 5! basically 5 pts for a defense 5 goblin. goblins only hit on a 5+ but there is so many of them that you have to hit at least once. With spears they have a good tactic, get your goblins with shields into combat( which will get you a lot of attacks) then have your goblins with spears get into base contact with them and support then you`ve got about 20 attacks
