@Stumpy McPatch: Its a game.... I can understand someone having that view towards tervigons in tournaments, but these batreps are for their fun in playing, and our enjoyment in watching. The prizes are also more like gifts, and I bet most challengers play him simply for the chance to play him, rather than the prizes.

Give him time, I'm sure he'll get some tervigons eventually.

Matt, what is the cost of getting these painted? Do you buy the models and send them to Worthy painting and just pay for the paint job? Or do you buy the miniatures from WP and they paint them up and send them straight out at full cost of the miniatures plus painting costs?

Matt, you need to get more tervigons done to replace the carnifex proxys you have. Not just because it will look better, but there is a size difference. Your previous betreps with the proxys shouldn't be considered invalidated as they predate the model release. The one video showing your proxy tervigon was an unbalanced rules demo, so doesn't count as a real batrep anyway. But before you do another betrep with your tyranids, esepcially beat matt batreps, with prizes on the line, be sure to get the proper, larger base and larger model size, tervigon model. If it weren't for the size differnce, that could make a differnce with say measuring range and determining cover, i'd say stick with your proxy. But there is so please get some proper tervigon models.

I agree, the WInged Hive Tyrant looks awesome! My only complaint is that the wings take up a set of arms, so modeling can be tricky if you don't want Scything Talons, I wanted Devourers so I glued them on wrist-mounted and it looks pretty sweet, however if you wanted, say Bonesword, lash whip and a Stranglethorn Cannon I wish you luck on modeling it!
