well as Matt said you should get some of your videos on youtube to the point where you can monatize then once you get popular you can start using blip on your site and saying, "hey check out my videos on my site. it will help me make a few extra bucks a month. the videos will be on there 30 days prior." that is what he is trying to say

@Cow: In this video Matt was saying to reach the 'monetization' level on Youtube, but If you are posting videos on your site 30 days before and announcing that, then isnt it going to be harder to reach that level, if the videos have already been out for 30 days? Example, I watch the videos on MWG, but I also get the email from youtube when MWG posts a new video, but more times than not I have already seen on their site, so I dont watch it again. So isnt going to be harder to reach youtube's "monetixation" level if the videos have 30 days old? I think that makes more sense, if not post and I will try again.

Doesnt it make it harder to get to the 'monetization' level if you are sending everyone to your site 30 days prior? I mean doesnt it make it harder to get the number of views if several people have already watched it on your site?
