it is strength 8 plague marines are base 4 but mark brings them up to 5 for purposes of double tough it goes by the 4 so it would ignore the feel no pain

correct me if i'm wrong but if dan's rockets are s8 ap3 and dave's plague marines are t5 he should still get feel no pain as it isn't double his toughness. i understand he doesn't get an armor save but he should still get fnp as the rule specifys ap 1 or 2 weapons. i know it also says you don't get fnp when you cant make a save but if so why des it specify ap 1 or 2 weapons. my friends, myself, and my local games workshop employees and players all agree that he shuld get fnp. also my games workshop (belfast) rang the gw in dublin who also said he should get fnp when this question turned into a debate in the store.

Actually When I was playing in a tournament somebody's army was a group of Orks with Berzerker helmets that played out of the Chaos codex and worshipped Khorne. They also had an Orky defiler

@Bigdave78, Anything that would cause instant death to a model also ignore feel no pain, such as the rockets in this game.

Um, ya against ap3 you would still get your feel no pain. Only thing that negates FNP is ap1-2 or any attack where an armor save would never apply.
