For those who follow my project log you should know I was building a super gun for my Trygon.

And here is the finished product


Black prime




All the orange bits




Base coated




Highlighted and doing the fleshy bits and tubes




And done









The eye is modeled after the eye of sauron




It still needs a bit of touching up on the orange areas but other than that it's done.


Materials for this super gun
- 2x MC Barbed Strangler
- 1x MC Venom Canon
- 2x Flesh Borers
- 1x Devouerer
- 1x Warrior Barbed Strangler
- 6 Extended carapace plates
- Green Stuff

Optional
- Blue Tac as space filler


This gun could work on a carnifex or a Hive Tyrant, you just need to have the two arm socket things align right, though it will be a ridiculously huge gun for even MCs.


I had a ton of fun making this thing, and I always thought making conversions for Tyranids was hard since they are very organic and not boxy, I like to work with boxy things with nice angles but after working on this it was very easy to do, all I really had to do was use the existing details and textures of the bits and essentially tac them on to each other and fill the gaps with green stuff
