If you are thinking about starting a warhammer or a warhammer 40K army then there's a few things you need to know.
First, you need the right glue. I get a plastics glue: plastic glue melts plastic together rather than sticking them together. In some ways, I think that it can be better than normal glue if you know how to use it. However, if used incorrectly it can be disastrous! If you put too much on, it will melt your models details away; if you use too little, it will fall to pieces.
To perfect your understanding of the specific type of glue you buy, I say to buy a cheap airplane or boat from a local hobby store and practice your glue on that, this will give you a good feel of the boundaries: too much and too little.
