Ah, bit disapointed, that Dan picked Cygnar. A HORDES army would have shaken the things up. But I'm not complaning (a lot), Cygnar are cool. Looking forward to see Dans army. Suggest you making unboxings, painting videos etc. Like Dave did with his Blood Angels or Matt (sort of) with his Necrons. Also Dan, do some more BanterBetrep style betreps. I think, they suit you better than BeatMatt style.

Finally got re4gistered been watching for X amount months to nealry a year maybe, im so lazy. But great to see Dan learning a new game so we can all have more varied bat reps and to give Matt a rest lol, I have not long started Horemachine and went for Scyrah.
But Dan should do a vlog about his adventure into the STEAM POWERED world

Learning Cygnar has even more sense... Orks may shoot a lot, but Cygnar are used to HIT as well =P

Don't forget to consider Retribution if you like to change playstyle a lot (if you don't mind fielding the feared "Yakuzis of Death", aka Retri's warjacks

Prime butcher can get 6 dice on feat turn with the help of another warcaster. 3 for weapon master, charging will get u the 4th, pbutcher will get you the 5th and a spell from eIrusk called battle lust will get u the 6th

So yea, opn a 2 warcaster game, watch out. P+S 19 (with fury upkept) n 6 dice on ur face aint gonna be pretty lol.

Seriously though, I would recommend trying the army out with your local pressganger first. You may love Cygnar, but sometimes what looks cool at first turns out to be something that just sits on the shelf, unloved and unpainted. If you can't find a local pressganger or your local PG doesn't have a Cygnar army you can also try proxies. Print out a list using Army Builder and include the stats and abilities, then go to www.forwardkommander.com and print off the same list (won't include stats or abilities but will have the damage boxes for the 'Jacks, 'caster and solos). Then use some of your partially painted or just bare bones Orcs mounted on cardstock or cardboard circles as proxies. PP uses 30mm for small bases, 40mm for med and 50mm for large. Try an army taken from the Prime MkII book a couple of times and see if you like the "feel" of the force. If you do I would seriously recommend buying the force book as it lists almost all of your units, casters, solos and Jacks and also has the tier lists and some cool fluff. If you don't like the way the army feels, pick a different one and try again!

Just for the curious, The forsaken blight shroud ability (legion of ever blight solo) is low power explosion that adds an additional damage dice pier focus or fury on the hit model. If the forsaken can catch a fury loaded beast or caster camping a ton of focus it could roll 7+ dice.
