if you dont have the lights you could get a red,orange or yellow spray paint turn it upside down and spray it that way.

Another place you can find them very cheap is like a Jo-an fabrics or Micheals store(if you up here in Ohio) I have a ton of these from weddings that i have worked. That being said, this is a great tutorial on how to make an awesome looking destroyed vehicle marker! Keep up the great work!
