Really like how you painted them. AND that you gave each of them a name.

For the old vs new: I do prefer the new models. I actually started to collect the Grey Knights because of them. What i like more about them is that they are plastic. The disign hasnt really changed much, but i think the big difference is that you are now able to have many different terminators. Whereas if you wanted to field lots of Termis with to old ones you have five different Models and thats it unless you start converteing, which is again easier with Plastic Models.
