Dave, I'm in a weird scenario. I used to be in martial arts for 10 years and I had amazing endurance. I could sprint for about a block (pathetic I know) but... I recover in 0.5-2 seconds and I can go again for another block so it was amazing. I quit martial arts and now I kind of blah... So, I try to jog and exercise. Here's the deal. I jog and then... it makes me sick. I do pushups, situps, and other stuff... I get sick! It's ridiculous. If I'm lazy, I don't get sick.

I know exercise is an immune suppressant but it's butchering my ability to get healthier.

You're doing great Dave. I myself have been eating pretty much the same as you (with a few lapses), but have lost almost a stone in the last three months (Thats 16 pounds if i'm correct). I'm also jogging/running three days a week. I don't have any weights at present and have always had a problem actually starting to do any exercise. There are always 101 reasons to do something else you know... Anyway, keep it up!!

I just have a program where I run 18 kilometers three times a week. I'm not into wieght lifting yet but I'll get there eventually. For the Dark gods!

I'm the same way, been changing the way I eat since December and I honestly just have lost interest in a lot of processed 'junk' style foods. Took a vacation myself recently as well and had the opportunity to eat whatever and just was not interested..the junk food just does not taste good to me any more. Good on you for effecting positive change for your health Dave!

Ah, just heard the last part of the video, so here's what I'm doing.

I stop going to the gym for some time and now I decided I had to go back because if the people at MWG can do it, I can do it too.

I resumed my training and even though I'm nowhere near the numbers I had before I'm again deadlifting over 300 pounds!
