Hey I just finished this bastion. Made out of very cheap foamcore. This whole project cost less than $1.50. It used:
about 1/3 of a sheet of foamcore,
some white PVA glue,
some masking tape to hold things in place
about 6 square inches of thin plasticard
black gesso to prime
and a tiny fraction of a can of stone textured spraypaint.
Not bad for the money. I still plan on buying a Games Workshop Bastion but I see some promise in this to be the feet and lower legs of an Imperator Titan.
