Some FAQ:

Q. What if the product already has a picture?
A. You can still earn 100 points if your picture is used to replace the existing one (i.e. yours is better)

Q. What if I already submitted a picture before, will I get points?
A. No. We had contests and other prizes to award those. If you want to resubmit even better pictures for the products, then you can earn the 100 points.

Q. What should I include in the picture?
A. Try to accurately depict the product. For example, if you are doing a Battle Force, try taking a "group shot" of all the items in the Battle Force.

Q. Can I take pictures of the product boxes or books?
A. No. You cannot take pictures of pictures or artwork.

same here, I submitted 5-6 painted model pictures and i couldn't even beat the 'No Image Available'. It's disheartening to be put as a secondary when there isn't even a primary. Imagine running a race solo and at the end a judge comes up and tells you you placed second. Shananigans!

Okay I made another account on the US store cause the LOTR stuff didnt have the speacial add picture button... but now I see the postage to OZ is WAY more expensive... help?? I submitted my pics on the US one under the name "BrisingrWolf777" soo If I get them accepted could you transfer the Points to my UK accont which is Just "BrisingrWolf" (No 777) thanks alot!!

pretty sure they can't be Petrie because they need to "accurately represent the model" and a conversion is not what it shows you how to make
