Yeah for sure like I said it has been a long time sense I tried using a wash they may be totally different than what I remember from ten years ago. I did an experiment with watered down black paint and put up a video for you on how it turned out. Hopefully it will give you ideas

I tried the wash on my green model and it turned out quite nicely. The wash also worked for the tank.
I think from now on when painting wites and reds I will use the drybrushing technique.

My only advice with washes is to not use them. In my opinion they are more trouble than they are worth. Back when I started painting many years ago they where called inks and every model I tried them on got ruined. With dry brushing you maintain the black in the recesses and the washes end up not being nessisary. Perhaps I will try them again in the future and see what I can come up with.

Thanks for making this video, I will definatley use this technique in the future. My modles went a bit blotchy after the wash so if you had any advice on how to use washes properly it would be greatly apreciated.
