2 tips for you:
#1: do not fully extends your arms while doing bench press, it stresses your elbow joints and might lead to an injury (minor but annoying one)
#2 control your breath, it will help you lift more weight.

Hi Dave, great to see how motivated you are.
I got some tips though: you should try to breathe more controlled. (example bench press: breathe in on the way down, breathe out on the way up) This helps your concentration and overall strength. Now put on so much weight, that you can barely do 6 to 8 repitions per set, do it slow, and watch your breathing.

dave, why did you put only 45 on each side, it looks like it was too easy for you haha, i would say you could do it with a 45 + maybe a 10 or 15 on each side(60 in total/per side) haha and you gotta think about this : muscle control is better than doing it fast, take 2 seconds to lift it, and 4 to bring it down, keep on the great work

Dave healthy breackfast but too much portion you should cut it down like still have the omlet but only have a smaller tub of yoghurt and only 1 peice of bread also less blueberrys

dave, from one lifter to another, please refrain from using the smith machine for bench work if you value your long term shoulder health. on the plus side, you have decent elbow tuck so that will really help prevent cronic shoulder / pec strain.

lol, activia I love that stuff, that meal is well around the same to what my cousin used to have: An egg drink, 2 yolks, coco puffs, with cold milk, orange juice, nutella, and buttered bread, YUCK!
