Why not pass a perception check with a modifier to try and see through the smoke

Realistically, you could make a smoke grenade by just lighting green wood on fire... It smokes a lot..

@Vexxus: The key is that you can always make your own.. It doesn't take much to make a small smoke grenade...

so, is the game only using the scatter template or will there be scatter dice like GW?
Vexxus (Over a year ago): - delete
If the world was truly so destroyed and derelict, there would not be an endless supply of consumable single-use weaponry, namely smoke grenades.

More realistic and strategic would be to have each unit (or the entire army) with only a certain number to use each game.

Smoke grenades should have a special rule, you CAN spam them, and be the annoying guy who only likes to win, but you must take a pie plate to the face for every turn you do this.

Breezy Day special rule sounds pretty good.

If you are going to spam all those grenades then you should sell a set with 10 markers for grenades when you realease dp

Rtw ftw!!!! On another note, the grenade cap seemed like a good idea, or perhaps make it so you have to sacrifice more than an extra move to place/throw a smoke grenade?
NEOman123 (Over a year ago): - delete
Why don't the squads and solos have a cap on how many smoke grenades .e.g. Max 3 for the entire game

You can break and run to any board edge as they may have paths and escape routes to their camps all around the board.
