the medic seems pointless for just the healing ability compared to the infector. given the corporation must give a high priority to leadership in their organisation would it not make more sense for him to be like a human resources consultant and therefore have the commander special rule

Fleeing suggestion: when fleeing the squad or solo runs to the nearest level 3 cover or the nearest table edge, if the squad/solo reachs a level 3 cover and is out of direct line of sight from all other visible enemies, the squad/solo stays there and is suppressed next turn. if the squad arrives in their cover and an enemy has direct line of sight of the fleeing squad they continue to flee looking for the nearest level 3 cover or table edge which ever is closer.

Suggestion for fleeing:
Towards the nearest table edge. If Enemies between you, and the said edge ("between" needs to be specified), chose next nearest. In case of equaly far edges, "homeedge" has priority, otherwise chose one at will. Last case: All edges are blocked by enemies: Squad/model goes in a state representing them being surrounded and hiding and trembling with faer. Might be the supressed state or a new state, incorporating the "fight or flight" element.
