Good to get some more insight into Chaos. I am thinking of starting an army of Chaos. Tzetch will prob be the theme of the army, lots of magic and warp power! Can't wait to see more of this series.

the oblierators are so Sic Beacuuse yesterday i played a game with a dark angels player at the end i lost but the oblierators had a lascannon and shotted at a vindicator on the hit role i got a double 6 and for the damage role another 6 BOOM but i whana know why its bad for them to deep strike and i mean yes once there deep strike and in the open yes there dead but what if your in a bad situation like if you deep strike with the personal icon of course from a fight of 2 landraiders one landraider will be out from 2 multi melter shots (depends on howmany oblirators you have ) while your squad who had the persnal icon can use the other mellta in the squad to take ot the other land raider now would that be good or bad? P.s make more of these pleeeease!!!

Once in a 2vs2 3k points game I, together with another chaos player, fielded 18(!) of them (Each of us brought 9).

And we actually deepstriked them all. Since then people at our GC hate obliterators. x)

Well worth the points. Model needs an update since they can't actually use most of the bits sticking off of them anymore + it's $$$$

When I play Chaos I usually take at least one two man squad of Oblits, sometimes two. I also play a Deamon Prince with wings and a squad of Raptors each with chaos Icon so deep striking is less dangerous. You should see the looks on the faces of hvy vehicle list players when I fly a DP and a couple of melta raptors then deep strike a couple of oblits into the middle of their tank formations on turn two. Against other armies I put them on the board to start and use BS4 lascannons to snipe wounds off big bad MCs etc.

I love oblits, they are one of the best things to easily deal with multiple threats. I don't understand why some people freak out about them thought. At my local gw some guys outright refuse to play someone with oblits. It's pretty ridiculous if you ask me. I think they are very fair and a really cool way to show some difference between those fools who follow the false emperor

Agreed, oblits are awesome. Deepstriking them is silly deployment all the way. And good use of them can mean the difference between victory and defeat.

I usually use obliterators to plasma cannon enemy troops, or to lascannon enemy vehicles - they are very versatile and useful units.

Dude great video now I have an idea of how to beat Oblitorators which normally when ever I verse them pown me p.s. can you get Joe to do some Ork taticas they would be awsome or you can do them I guess but he playes orks so it would be better with him

I haven't used obliterators, but from what I've seen in batreps, it is best to just walk them up the table and shoot when the BIG guns are off the table

One of my Obby's got charged by five Banshees, including an Executioner Exarch, and didn't take a wound. Not only that, but he won the combat!
