@Liamforth - BYB pg 123 (Controlling Objectives, par 5+list). There are a few exceptions, however, when a unit of troops does not count as a scoring unit:
- If it has the Swarms special rule.

Also, Scarab Swarms are Fast Attacks in the Necrons FOC.

Matt, it looks like you forgot that your Tombblades got a 5+ cover save for being jetbikes, having moved in the previous movement phase. hat combined with Nightfighting should have given them a 4 or possibly even 3 cover save against the obliterator's plasma cannons.

ok, I don't get it,.. if you guys are making mistakes during the FILMING of the Batrep,... why not just re film it so we (the audience) don't see the mistake. It's not a live broadcast and since MG is editing the footage anyway,... just reshoot something. Especially when you screw up before the game even starts!!! The only mistakes that we should see is the ones that MG doesn't know they are making. Ergo,... not excusses in the naration! Tighten up fellas!

@McrSlayer23: I looked at the CSM FAQ, it is a psychic shooting attack(even has to roll to hit) and would be used at the same time as the unit shoots so when you check distances and fire the squad will not have moved yet.
